Description

Transportation to medical appointments: This includes transportation to and from doctor’s appointments, dental appointments, physical therapy appointments, and other medical procedures. Hospital discharges: Transporting patients to their homes or other medical facilities after being discharged from the hospital. Dialysis appointments: Transportation to and from dialysis treatments, including assistance with boarding and exiting the vehicle, as needed.
